The Legal section has material such as legislation and caselaw classified into jurisdictions and Areas of Law (subject classifications).

You are more likely to find legislation and caselaw if it is recent, and from relatively high jurisdiction. In addition it is worth searching on a few different sites as some sites have more recent, or different, decisions and legislation than others. Also, many other countries do not have the same amount of legal material online as Australia.

Other legal materials include Courts and Tribunals, Legal News, Legal Organisations & Publishers and the US based Internet Law Library (Archived).

Each page on the site has a feature, a site or service reviewed in more detail. Also keep an eye out for features, the legal section has features such as Aust Internet Censorship, the GST, and Year 2000.
