The Information Technology (IT) section contains a How to section which provides resources for common questions (like; how do I download a file?).

It also contains IT Companies which often have support for their software, ISPs (internet service providers - you buy web time from them), and IT publications which tend to be up-to-date.

There is also a Software section, which descibes useful software and links to sites where you can get it.

Note that the features section goes into more depth about some software and some software concepts such as freeware and shareware.

Security and Privacy is addressed in it's own section.

Virus Information is a useful section to check out basic concepts and to find out if the email you have received that says "do not open if you find an email with this attachment name" is a hoax or not (most are, but you should be wary of all attachments - use updated anti-viral software).

OK, enough with the technology, show me a library's worth of reference...
